Tonye Cole, a candidate for governor from the Rivers All Progressives Congress (APC), has been declared ineligible by Justice Emmanuel Adema Obile of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) filed the lawsuit and requested that the candidate be disqualified.
