Spain, Barcelona and former Manchester United center-back Gerard Pique has disclosed that he will retire from the round-leather game after Saturday match against Almeria UD.
Pique has won 31 trophies including 4 Uefa Champions League with Barcelona and made over 600 appearances for the Catalans with 51 goals under his belt.
The 35-year old center-back, Gerrard Pique started his career at Manchester United under former coach Sir. Alex Ferguson in 2004/2005 season before going on a season-long loan to Real Zaragoza and finally joining Barcelona in 2008.
On the international scene, he made 102 appearances and scored 5 goals for the Spanish national team from 2009 to 2018
