Dr. Oliver Aba, Prelate of the Methodist Church Nigeria, has revealed that the church is planning to establish a radio and TV station in other to spread the gospel to every nooks and crannies of the nation.
Speaking at his ordination as a prelate, Aba remarked that in order to keep the Christian body informed of its actions, the church has to use the media constantly.
The departing prelate, Dr. Samuel Kalu, urged Aba to adopt a courageous attitude and urged him to constantly speak out against injustice or coercion.
The attacks on the Christian body, he added, is due in part to Christian leaders' "inability to defend their people," which he challenged the new prelate to do.
In his remarks, His Eminence, Dr Oliver Ali Aba, Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, has congratulated everyone who helped and made the Grand Reception and Thanksgiving in his honour last weekend in Otukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area, Benue State.
